        Our homes are located through out PGA West. Pricing is determined by the size (square foot, number of bedrooms),  length of stay, number of people who will use the property, location of the property, exposure and view, furnishings and upgrades, market conditions, demand, and time of year.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath + Den  1500-1627 sf:

Week $1400-1800   Month  $3800-4600

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath  1900+ sf:

Week  $1600-2000   Month  $4500-5500

3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Legend or other luxury home  2200-2500 sf:

Week  $2000-2600   Month  $5200-6500

4 Bedroom or 3 Bedroom + Casita, Private Homes with Pools/Spas:

Week $2500-3500+   Month  $6500-10,000+
